Childcare Planner
Plan who has the children on each day of the holidays — carers, clubs and activities in one shared calendar.
What it is
A planner for the school holidays and any other stretch where childcare has to be arranged day by day. You set up the children, the people and places who can look after them, and the holiday periods; then you fill in the calendar and share it with the people who need it.
What you can do
- Add your children and the carers — grandparents, clubs, childminders, holiday camps, a parent working from home.
- Create a period (Easter, summer, half term) and see it as a grid of days.
- Assign who has each child on each day, and add notes to a date (pick-up times, what to pack).
- Share a read-only view with a link so the other parent, grandparents or a carer can check the plan without an account.
- Invite another parent to edit the plan with you.

Your data
